Building SaaS companies since 2009. Now building the thing I wanted every time a release made the documentation wrong.
I have been building SaaS companies since 2009. Along the way I scaled teams past twenty people and took a product to £2m ARR, and I learned most of the lessons the hard way - including the one that turned into this company.
That lesson is small and boring and it never stops: shipping is the easy half. The release goes out, the interface moves, and somewhere in a help centre an article now describes a button that is no longer there. Nobody gets paged for it. It surfaces weeks later as a support ticket, or as a customer who quietly gave up.
SupportPages is the answer I wanted. It reads the repository, drafts the help article, renders the screenshots from your own CSS, and flags what a merged pull request just made wrong. A person still reviews everything before it publishes - that part is deliberate.
I write here about what has changed in SaaS and what has not. Mostly documentation: who owns it, why it rots, and what it costs when nobody notices.

What I write
The blog
One post a week, about documentation and the work around it
Arguments, ledgers and teardowns. What a support ticket costs, who owns the docs, and what we got wrong shipping this product.
The guides
Step-by-step procedures, organised by topic
How to take a screenshot that survives a redesign, how to structure a knowledge base, how to tell which articles have gone stale.

If your documentation is behind your product, I would like to hear how far behind and why. Book a demo and you will get me, not a sales team.
